ABDOUL LATIEF TABALLY
IPRO
“The role of the IPRO requires a person with integrity, accountability, transparency, and flawless communication skills- qualities I have developed through my academic and leadership journey. As the IPRO, I will be responsible for bridging the gap between the Executive and the members, and external bodies, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information and fostering a strong sense of the ITCA family. With my experience in communication, leadership and public speaking, it is no doubt that I am well-equiped with the proficiency to carry out these responsibilities effectively. With the overflow of media channels of disseminating information to the members of association, there seem to be some people still at disadvantage since most channels require the possession of a smart phone, at least. I aspire to break that chain by including simple sms broadcast as a way of fostering effective communication. This will ensure the timely reception of information by all and sundry even with the most primitive of phones. As a poet, my eloquence and scrumptious replete of oration skills will be of undeniable significance in public relations and communication. This passion to communicate in-depth with purpose and clarity is like a badge I wear on my chest. It is a readily available skill to ensure that every member is informed, engaged and heard without discrimination or bias.”
